This Type of Survey is not a detailed report or inspection like  the Insurance Survey or the very detailed Pre-purchase Survey. This type of limited survey It is to inspect the the structural integrity of the hull, deck, and its supporting components. During the inspection process the surveyor also looks at the overall condition of the vessel. Condition can include how well the boat has been maintained inside and out.

Limited Condition and Structural Surveys are still done to the Proper Marine standards and codes as the other types of surveys.

This survey can be done in or out of the water depending what the needs and wants are of the client.

Generally there is not a sea-trial involved.

A written report and associated photographs are provided to the client.
